Why Green Design Is Important To Your Business

It means green in your pocket.  Today’s Cultural Creative demographic is driving the demand for green and sustainable design.  This demographic alone accounts for $540 billion of buying power globally, and they make choices based on their values.  These values include their commitment to the environment.  Green design and the environment are tied together and if you aren’t designing with green in mind, you’re missing a great opportunity for business.

Are there any discounts available for the ticket price? I am the only designer in my office (self-employed) and I would like to attend but the price is too much for me to cover.

    Thank you,

    Jennifer Short

    Hi Jennifer,

We will offer a “front of the line” pass later in May…the first 250 people will be able to attend for $247. We will provide more details soon. If you submit your information at the top left of this site, we will let you know.

Thanks for asking and for your interest.

I am a small company and would also like to listen to the webcast, but the price is more than I can afford.
Is there any way to reduce the price for those who are not in the financial position to afford the amount quoted.
    Thanks

    Hi Lola,

We will have a discount for the first 250 people…ticket sales start June 1, so be sure to leave your name and email on the top left of the blog so we can notify you.

We’re so glad you’re excited about the event.

Please reserve a ticket for me. I’d also like to promote it to other designers on my list and include it in my June newsletter. Is there a link set up yet for affiliates (for the Green Design Summit)? Can I use the logo in my newsletter and blog?
    Thanks
    Ceil

Hi Ceil – we’ll start selling tickets on June 1 and will be sending you the details this week so you can email your list. The first 250 will receive an incredible group of bonuses, and we are offering an early bird price for 10 days. Lots of great incentives to sign up early.

    Jen

Will this really benefit my design business if I do not become LEED certified?

  8. 8

    Hello Jen,

With today’s consumers caring more than ever about their pocketbooks and their health, green design is important. Responsible and eco-friendly design doesn’t require LEED, but many designers choose to seek this designation as an important credential. If you are doing commercial projects that are seeking LEED, you may want to consider getting your accreditation.
